Return Policy

Earth’s Secret  has a 30 Day Refund /Exchange Policy from the Date of Purchase on any unopened Earth’s Secret Product. No product will be accepted for a Refund/Exchange if opened. All Earth’s Secret products must be returned via prepaid shipping, or to our store location at 42W137 Seavey Road, Sugar Grove, IL 60554 USA, before a Refund is issued based on the retail price paid. Exchange of any unopened product, within 30 Days can be made at any Earth’s Secret sales events or at our store location.

At the discretion of an Earth’s Secret Representative, an in store credit could be issued instead of a Cash Refund. There are No returns or refunds for any opened makeup or brushes.  These sales are final.
